Low enough in calories to be used as a sandwich for a meal or on whole wheat crackers for a filling snack.

I used Alaskan Salmon for this recipe because in Alaska it is illegal to fish farm. Which means that any Salmon from Alaska will be free of any antibiotics or steroids.

Ingredients

    1 Can Alaskan Pink Salmon (6 oz)
    5 tbsp Best Buy Light Mayonnaise
    2 tbsp Capers
    1 tsp Dried Dill Weed

Directions

Drain the Salmon and put into a small mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.

Serve it as a sandwich or a dip for crackers.

Makes approximately 5 servings of 2 tbsp each.
