    Flank Steak cut in strips
    bell peppers ( yellow, red, orange and green) cut in stripes
    onions cut in rings
    water chestnuts


marinade beef for approx 30 mins (or longer for best results)
cut peppers, onions into 1/4 strips
lice mushrooms
cut broccoli into mouth size pieces
chop celery and baby carrots
place all veggie (except broccoli) into a lightly
spread with Pam frying pan (large pan) over med- low heat
add in some of the marinade mix but not meat
in other pan place meat and cook until med-well.
add meat to veggies.
coot water chestnuts and broccoli and in soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
combine all items

makes approx 8 1 cup servings , server with rice
for a full meal
