Ingredients


    Pastry:
    200 grams All purpose flour
    50 grams
    sugar
    2 grams salt
    120 grams margarine
    35 ml. cold water

    Filling
    2 or 3 golden apples
    80 grams sugar
    17 grams cinnamon
    30 grams butter

Directions

Mix margarine with sugar. Later add the flour until you get a heavy mixture. Dissolve the salt in the cold water and add little by little until the mixture is soft. Note you may not use all the salt only until the mixture is soft.

Melt the butter and add the apples (peeled) cut into little squares. Cook for about 5 min. Then add the sugar and cinnamon. Cook for another 5 min.

Add butter into the mold 8" incorporate the pastry into the mold and the add the filling . Make a top to for the pie. varnish with egg and put in the oven for 60 min 200 F
