Introduction

This is a fast and tasty quick meal. Since everything is pre-cooked, it's great when you're short on time. If I have extra time, I let it simmer a little longer to give the meat time to absorb the tomato sauce. This is a fast and tasty quick meal. Ingredients

    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can diced tomato
    3/4 pounds Frozen pre-cooked beef strips
    1/2 bag of frozen bell peppers & onions

Directions

In a skillet or saute pan, add the frozen beef and peppers & onions and heat on medium heat until thawed. Add the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes to the meat and simmer over medium for about 10 minutes.

Makes 5-6 servings

Serve over rice.
