Introduction

This is my sweethearts 4:00 pm every day snack. You put as much fruit as you want and let sit in the blender, medium high, for more than 2 minutes. Ingredients

    2 cups of 8th Continent fat free vanilla soy milk
    6-7 pieces of strawberries
    1 cup papaya (peeled)
    .5 cup mango (you can omit this if you want)
    1 banana (medium or large)
    1 tbsp vanilla extract


Directions

I add 2 cups of 8th Continent Fat Free Vanilla Soy Milk (70 cal)
add the vanilla, banana, strawberries and papaya. You can add a mango, I add 1 scoop of protein powder.
Let blend for 2-3 minutes
enjoy.
serves 4-8oz.


I add to my smoothie 1 cup of protein powder (100 calories).
