Ingredients

    Eating right vegie medley, 6 oz (remove)
    V8 - Low Sodium 100% Vegie juice, 5.5 oz (remove)
    Kale, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    Wyler's sodium free chicken bouilion, 2 tsp (remove)
    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 2 cloves (remove

Directions

Chop the garlic and add to the pot with a little water. Add the Zucchini, broccolli, califlower, sweet peppers and water and Wyler's sodium free chicken broth. Let simmer for 10 minute them remove have the vegies and allow the other have to cook. At the end of 10 minutes add the rest of the ingredients and the vegies you removed earlier. Season with pepper and enjoy. This makes 6 one cup servings
