Introduction

peel and slice cucumber and section tomatoes
mix vinegar and oil with any herbs you like, pour over cuc mix and refrigerate 2 hours

    1 cup cider or wine vinegar
    1/4 cup oil
    water if mix is too strong for you
    mixed herbs

Directions

mix together and refrigerate 2 hours before serving, leftovers will last a day or two
great way to use fresh from the garden veggies
sweet onion may be added as well depending on your taste,
