Ingredients

    Pork Loin/chop
    Lettuce
    salsa
    taco seasonings (chili powder, crushed chili peppers, garlic salt, and cumino)
    Sour cream
    Cheese ( of choice)
    Tortillas

Directions

Take your pork loin or pork chop and boil or cook in a crock pot until falling apart. Amount of water is your judgement call. Add seasonings to the water so that the meat absorbs them. Depending on how high you have the heat this could be an hour or more.

Next take the meat that is falling apart and put into a flat pan, and cook add a lil more seasonings just to dry it out a bit.

Add to tortilla top with cheese, salsa, sour cream and lettuce. You can make your own salsa or use premade. Your choice. Homemade tortillas are a good healthy variety also.
