1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup applesauce
1 cup skim milk
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/3 cup Benefiber
Directions
Makes 12 pancakes when I made the recipe. I made 1 serving equal 2 pancakes.
Cook on skillet like you would any other pancake recipe.
