Ingredients

    2 C Rolled Oats
    3/4 C Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 C Wheat Germ
    3/4 C Brown Sugar
    3/4 Tsp Cinnamon
    1 egg, beaten
    2 tsp vanilla
    1/2 C honey
    1/4 C peanut putter
    1/2 C applesauce
    1/4 - 1/2 C raisins (optional)
    1/4 - 1/2 C chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x13 pan well.
Beat egg and Mix all ingredients together.

    Great Recipie!
    My boyfriend loves these. I opted out of the chocholate and mixed both dried cranberries and rasins into the batter.
    The bake time wasn't listed and I can't recall how long they took to bake (I think it was about 20 minutes).
    I'll be making this healthy snack again!
