Ingredients

    2 (10.75 oz) cans Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 (14.5 oz) can Diced Tomatoes with Jalapenos
    12 small Corn Tortillas, cut in thin strips
    3 cups shredded Rotisserie Chicken
    1 c. Weight Watchers Mexican Style Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine soup & tomatoes. Sprinkle 1/3 of the tortilla strips in the bottom of a baking dish. Layer 1/2 of the chicken and then 1/2 of the soup mix. Repeat. Top with remaining tortilla strips. Bake covered for 40 mins. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
