Ingredients

11 oz mixed vegetables
1.5 lb lean ground beef
1 med onion
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups 1 % milk
1 oz cheddar
1 tsp worcestershire
6 med potatoes
Directions
Brown beef and onions. Drain and set aside
Cook vegetable in casserole. Add to meat mixture
Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and 1 1/2 cups milk. Stir over med heat until it thickens and comes to a boil. Remove from heat, add worcestershire and cheese and stir until melted.
Add sauce to meat./veg mixture.
Turn into casserole dish and bake at 375 for 35 min.
Make mashed potatoes (whip boiled potatoes with leftover milk)
Remove casserole from oven and top with mashed potatoes.
You can add shredded cheddar cheese to your hearts dellight (but be sure to add the calories to the recipe because I didn't)
