Ingredients

    1 pound gound beef
    1 cup zucchini
    1small onion, chopped
    1 clove, minced
    1/2 teas. dried majoram
    1 tabls. baking powder
    2 teaspoon white sugar
    1/2 cream of tartar
    1/2 teasp. salt
    1/8 teasp. garlic powder
    1 (10 o.75 oz.) can tomatoe soup
    1 (15oz.) can kernel corn, drained
    1 teasp. salt
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 sour cream
    1 cup milk

Directions

Preheat oven 375 degrees.
Lightly greese a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large skillet over medium heat,
Brown the ground beef.
Mix in the zucchini, onion, garlic, and marjoram.
Cook and stir until vegetables are tender.
Mix in salsa, tomatoe soup, and corn.
Season with 1 teas. salt.
Transfer to the prepared baking dish.

In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, cream of tartar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and garlic powder.
Cut in butter until mix resembles coarse crumbs
Stir in the cheddar, sour cream, and milk.
Spread over beef mix in the baking dish.
(if to thick add more milk)

Bake covered in preheated oven 25 min.
Until the topping is golden brown and tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
