Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean 1/2 cup
    Taco Seasoning Mix 40% Less Sodium 2 tsp
    Romaine Lettuce 2 cup, shredded
    Green Peppers 2 tbsp
    Red Peppers 2 tbsp
    Yellow Peppers 2 tbsp
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 medium
    Black Olives, canned 1 tbsp
    Black Beans 1/4 cup
    Salsa, 2 tbsp
    Tofutti Sour Supreme (soy sour cream), 2 tbsp
    Plum Tomatoes, 1 plum
    Avocados 1/4 piece

Directions

In a frying pan, cook ground beef with taco seasoning.
Put lettuce, peppers, mushrooms, olives, tomatoes, avocado and beans and beef into a bowl.
Top with salsa and soy sour cream.
Toss all ingredients together.
Enjoy with a side of chips and salsa!
