Ingredients

    1 Tbsp honey
    1/4 c Dijon mustard
    4 thin slices prosciutto
    8 pcs chicken tenders
    2 Tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

Combine honey and mustartd in small bowl and set aside. Cut the prosciutto into 1/2 inch lengths. Roll the chicken in the honey mustard, then wrap a prosciutto strip around each piece of chicken and secure with a toothpick if necessary. Heat oil in non-stick skillet over high heat. When oil is hot, place chicken in skillet. Sear on 1 side for 1 1/2 minutes or until crispy. Turn the pieces and repeat on all sides. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels. Serves 4.

    This was good. Simple, few ingredients, good flavor, simple to make and here comes the but...but it didn't look very appealing to me.
    I will save the recipe but don't know when or if I will fix it again.
