Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    3/4 cup onion
    1 can turkey gravy ( or any gravy of your choice)
    2 tsp worcestershire sauce
    1 10oz pkg frozen mixed veggies
    4-5 large potatoes
    2 tbls Smart Balance butter blend
    seasonings to taste

Directions

Peel, dice and mash potatoes using the butter. Meanwhile, brown turkey with onions. Drain if necessary. Lighty spray a casserole dish with non-stick spray. Put all ingredients except potatoes in the casserole dish and mix well. Spoon potatoes on top. Cover and cook for 45 minutes. Makes 10 1 cup servings servings.

    Made this last night, family all enjoyed it. I guess we enoyed it a lot, in fact, because we didn't get 10 servings out of it, 5 of us polished off all but one serving that will make a nice lunch. - 11/17/08
