    1 lb ground turkey
    3/4 cup onion
    1 can turkey gravy ( or any gravy of your choice)
    2 tsp worcestershire sauce
    1 10oz pkg frozen mixed veggies
    4-5 large potatoes
    2 tbls Smart Balance butter blend
    seasonings to taste


Peel, dice and mash potatoes using the butter. Meanwhile, brown turkey with onions. Drain if necessary. Lighty spray a casserole dish with non-stick spray. Put all ingredients except potatoes in the casserole dish and mix well. Spoon potatoes on top. Cover and cook for 45 minutes. Makes 10 1 cup servings servings.

    Made this last night, family all enjoyed it. I guess we enoyed it a lot, in fact, because we didn't get 10 servings out of it, 5 of us polished off all but one serving that will make a nice lunch. - 11/17/08

    Very good! I used the leftover turkey breast from Thanksgiving. That's the only thing I changed! It was a delicious way to eat up leftovers! - 12/1/13

    My husband and I both really enjoyed this! I heated the mixed vegetables in the microwave first and drained the water off. That ensured that the finished dish was not watery. We are adding this to our favorites! Thanks for sharing an easy, tasty recipe! - 6/14/11
