Ingredients

2 lbs Pork chops: thinly cut, fat trimmed
5 cloves garlic
4 cups Apple cider vinegar (or enough to cover the meat in the vinegar)
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp Olive Oil
Directions
Mince garlic
Put all ingredients together
Marinate a minimum of 8 hours
Fry pork chops in 1 lb increment in Olive oil (use 1 tsp oil for the first batch and so on).
Make sure that the vinegar "boils off" of f the meat. Wait until one side of meat is golden brown. Do the same for the other side.
If you have uncooked, marinated left overs, place it in the freezer for longer storage times
