Ingredients

1 large head cauliflower
4 large bell peppers
3 large carrots
1 large zucchini
6 large roma tomatoes (chopped)
2 cup frozen peas
12 small potatoes
6 large cloves garlic (grated)
6" ginger root (grated)
2 large onions (chopped)
salt to taste
Pav Bhaji Masala to taste
Chilli powder to taste
2 sticks unsalted butter
Directions
Wash and cook the vegetables in water. Boil, peel and mash the potatoes. Drain the water and Mash the vegetables also.
In a deep pot heat oil and fry the grated garlic & ginger until light golden. Add onions and cook until transparent. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, chilli powder & pav bhaji masala and cook until tomatoes are soft. Now add the mashed vegetables and keep cooking and mashing until everything is thoroughly cooked. Adjust the pav bhaji masala, salt and chilli powder to taste. Finally add 2 sticks of butter and cook until the butter is completely melted.
