Ingredients

    1 can large butterbeans
    1 can petite dice tomatoes
    1 medium onion, diced
    4 Tbs. Smart Balance light mayonnaise

Directions

Heat first three ingredients just to boiling. Remove from heat and add mayonnaise. Serve warm, or chill and serve as a salad. Makes 4 servings.
