Ingredients

    2 links turkey breakfast sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
    1 small potato, cut into 1 inch cubes
    1 small apple, cut into 1 inch cubes
    1/4 cup coarsely chopped onion
    1 to 2 tsp. packed brown sugar (or more to taste)

Directions

Coat non stick skillet with Pam. Add all ingredients to skillet and cook until potatoes, sausage, and onion are browned and tender (about 15 minutes). Serves 1.
