    Milk, nonfat, organic
    Banana, fresh, 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)
    Raspberries, 0.25 cup
    Protein Powder, 1 serving (3 tbsp)
    Wheat Bran, 0.25 cup
    *Stonyfield Farm Lowfat Plain Yogurt, .5 cup

Directions

Add all ingredients to the blender plus 2 cubes and blend.
