Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
    2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    2 boneless skinless chicken thighs
    2 bonless skinless chicken legs
    1/2 large onion diced
    Marinade:
    2 cups of Yogurt
    1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
    1 Tbsp Vinegar
    2 Tbsp minced garlic
    1 TSP Red Chili Pepper flakes
    1/4 TSP Corrainder seeds
    1 TSP Cumin seeds
    1 TSP Salt
    1/4 TSP Cardamom seeds
    1 Tbsp Paprika
    1/4 TSP Fennel
    1 TSP Garam Masala
    1 TSP Cayenne
    1/4 TSP Pepper

Directions

Combine all marinade ingredients.
Heat oil in large skillet or 5 qt pot. Add onion and saute. Add chicken and saute together. Add half of marinade. Cook through. When chicken is done add the rest of the marinade.
Serve over rice. Serves 6
