Ingredients

    ½ cup raw chopped tomatoes
    3 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled
    3 to 4 large leaves of green lettuce
    onions .5 (optional)

Directions

Mix chopped tomato with crumbled bacon,. Spoon mixture into the center of the leaves, and wrap in either a burrito or taco shape.

    Incredible!
    Im not sure what the name of the lettuce I use is called, but its really great for wraps like this. The great thing about this BLT is you don't need mayo. Sometimes I will add a slice of turkey breast and make a club. Very good. - 10/11/08
