    1 can black beans
    2 cups corn
    1 red pepper
    1/2 cup celery
    1/2 cup cilantro
    1/2 cup red or green onions
    1 TBSP ginger
    2 garlic cloves
    3 TBSP seseme oil
    2 TBSP vinegar
    1 TBSP lime juice


mix oil, vinegar, lime juice, grated ginger, minced garlic. Set aside.

Chop all veggies and mix with black beans. Add dressing and serve.
