Ingredients

Big Box of organic Spinich (11oz)
1T grape seed oil
1.5 t cumin seed
1.5 t brown mustard seed
1 t ground turmeric
1 c chopped onion
1.5 T chile/garlic/ginger paste
.5 block of firm tofu pressed, cubed and marinated in the cgg paste
1T garam masala
Directions
steam the spinach and cool to warm and blend to puree
heat the oil in small skillet and fry the marinated tofu (I marinated it overnight) remove tofu to bowl
add the spices to the oil left in the pan and stir until the mustard seed begins to pop.
add the chopped onion and continue stirring until the onion is transparent
the spinach and stir
put in bowl and top with fried tofu
