Ingredients

    1 pkg -10 frozen peas- thawed
    2 celery ribs thinly cut
    1 cup small cauliflower florets
    3 green onions sliced
    1/2 cup ranch salad dressing-reduced calorie
    1/4 cup light sour cream
    3 bacon strips-cooked and crimbled

Directions

In large bowl combine peas, celery, cauliflower and onions. Combine the dressing and and sour cream. Pour over salad and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Just before serving stir in bacon crumbles.
