Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Slice block of extra firm tofu into 8 slices

    2 1/2 Tbs Low sodium soy sauce
    1 tbs korean red pepper flakes
    3 spring onions (can change amount)
    garlic cloves from 1 BULB ( can change amount according to taste)
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1/2 Tbs sesame seed

Directions

Slice extra firm tofu into 8 slices
Bake at 350 degrees for around 15 - 20 min or until it's the texture you desire

Place into a mini food processor the following ingredients:

low sodium soy sauce
red pepper flakes
spring onions
garlic
sesame oil

Blend until very finely chopped

Once finished blending sauce stir in sesame seeds. If sauce is too thick can add a little more low sodium soy sauce and dab of sesame oil.

Layer sauce over the baked tofu. Refrigerate.

Any left over sauce can be stored in refrigerator for later use.

The tofu can be refrigerated for several days.
