Ingredients

    1 can of pinto beans, drained and rinsed
    1 large can of great northern beans (about 5-6 cups), drained and rinsed
    2 packages of Morningstar Farms Burger Crumbles
    2 cans of Fired Roasted Tomatoes, chopped
    1/4 cup of chopped roasted garlic
    2 bay leaves
    1 vegetable bouillon cube
    1 cup of water
    2 Tbsp. Mexican Chili Powder, plus more to taste
    Adobo to taste
    1 Tbsp. smoked paprika

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients in the crockpot. Stir to combine.

Cook on low for 8-10 hours or cook on high for 4-5 hours. Season to taste.
