Ingredients

    1 boneless skinless chicken breat (4 oz)
    lemon juice (2 TBSP)
    garlic salt (to taste)
    black pepper (to taste)

Directions

If using a grill marinate chicken in lemon juice for at least an hour before cooking, season chicken and stick it on the grill. If using the stove pour lemon juice in frying pan add chicken and season with garlic salt and pepper. Cook on med-high for 10-15 minutes and turn over and cook for another 10-15 minutes. Cooking time may vary. Make sure to cook the chicken through completely. Serves 1.

    Wow, the sodium intake in this recipe is two days worth for people! Holy cow! Not a heart healthy recipe. Sodium should be limited to under 2300 mg a day. - 6/17/10
