Wow, the sodium intake in this recipe is two days worth for people! Holy cow! Not a heart healthy recipe. Sodium should be limited to under 2300 mg a day.
I really enjoyed this meal...very tasty. I am just curious as to why the sodium is so high...are meats high in sodium because the lemon juice has no sodium at all.
