Ingredients

    225 grams Noodles
    1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
    2 Tbsp Rapeseed Oil / Canola Oil
    1 Onion Thinly Sliced
    2 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
    1 Large Carrot, Cut into Matchstick Strips
    2 Celery Sticks, Sliced
    225 grams Spring Cabbage, Shredded
    125 grams Bean Sprouts
    1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    85 grams Cashew Nuts

Directions

Bring a large pan of water to boil, add the noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. Transfere to a bowl, sprinkle with the seasame oil and stir briefly to coat.

Heat the radeseed (canola) oil in a wok, and ther prepared vegetablesand stir fry for 3 - 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the soy sauce, cashews, cooked noodles and combine the ingrediants together. Heat through briefly and serve immediately.
