Ingredients

    1 Betty Crocker Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix
    2/3 Cup Skim Milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 cup fresh blueberries.
    1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
    1 cup reduced calorie maple syrup, as desired.

Directions

Drain and rinse canned blueberries that come as part of the mix. Mix those berries with all other ingredients, batter will be slightly lumpy. Put 1/3-1/2 cup batter into waffle iron (depending on size) and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Top with syrup as desired.
