Ingredients

* Ground beef, lean 98%FF, 22 oz
* Tomato Sauce, 1.50 cup
* Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
* Garlic, 4 tsp
* Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
*Lawry's Chili Seasoning, 4 tsp
If you like it hot, add Tabasco sauce and Red Pepper to taste.
Directions
In a deep sauce pot, brown ground beef and onions. Put in spices and water, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, let simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
Use a submersible stick blender and using short bursts break up the ground beef and onion. This should look like a very chunky slushy if you like it over hot-dogs which is this recipe purpose.
(If you want it as a meal, then omit this step.)
Sever over Hot dogs and Buns... for instant meal fixes on day when you don't feel like cooking. Just do the chili in advance and keep frozen in meal size portions and microwave to thaw.
This portion size is 1/4 cup because it goes over the Hot Dog in the bun.
