Ingredients

    * Atlantic Pollock (fish), 0.5 fillet
    * Avocados, Florida, .2 fruit without skin and seeds
    * Onions, raw, 1 small
    * *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    * Pepper, black, 1 dash

Directions

Take the pollock and put it in water. Bring to a boil and boil it for 5 minutes to remove the salt. Dice the tomatoes, onion and avocado. Drain the saltfish combine everything including the black pepper.
