Ingredients

    6 cups diced potatoes
    3 cans reduced fat chicken broth
    1 can reduced fat cream of chicken soup
    1/3 cup onion
    1 package (8oz) fat free cream cheese
    4TBS bacon bits

Directions

combine first 4 ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on low 8 hours or until potatoes are tender. Add cream cheese and stir until blended. Top with bacon bits to serve.
