Tasty soup that you can make in less than 20 minutes. You can dress it up with additional garnishes if you like. Ingredients

    1 cup salsa(use your favorite)
    1 can black beans
    2 cans low sodium natural chicken broth
    1 cup frozen corn
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese(optinoal)

Directions

Set cheese aside for garnish.

Add all other ingredients to pot and cook over medium heat. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve soup in bowls, garnish with cheese.

Additionally, garnish with your favorite taco toppings.
