    about 8 cups sliced apples
    a little lemon juice
    1/4 C. splenda brown
    1/4 C. sugar white
    1/2 C. splenda white
    2 Tsp. apple pie spice
    1/4 C. pearl tapioca
    2 Tabl. LITE butter
    pam spray
    1 pk. single serving instant oatmeal


In a large bowl speinkle lemon juice on apples, stir well. Add tapioca and mix well, let set 15 min. Add sugars and apple pie spice, mix well. Spray large microwave casserole dish with pam. Add apple mixture and dot with diced butter. Sprinkle pk of oatmeal evenly on top. Spray lightly with pam. cover and microwave on hi 8 min. uncover and contune to microwave on hi 4 min or until aples are fork tender.
