    2 cups winter squash, cubed
    2 medium apples, peeled, cored and cubed
    2 tsp olive oil
    1 tsp onion powder
    0.5 Tbsp lemon juice
    2 tsp brown sugar


Makes approximately 6 1-cup servings

Mix apples with lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
Heat olive oil in pan.
Add squash and saute 5-10 minutes until tender. Stir in onion powder.
Add apples and saute until tender. Approximately 5 minutes.
Add brown sugar and stir about 2 more minutes.
