Introduction

Non-Dairy Recipe 4 those who can't do Dairy like me, or for those who are a child @ heart, like me.

For those who do Dairy, you can do this as well: just add milk. I did this for some young girls, they didn't know what was @ the bottom of their bowl, however were instructed to dig down deep & eat their unique cereal.

I enjoy eating my cereal this way, I don't know why I didn't think about it when I was a child.

This is normally a Vegan recipe, we normally do not count calories.

Ingredients

    1 Banana

    2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter

    Whip it together well, then:

    1-2 Tablespoons Honey

Whip it together well. I smash it up well with a fork, or you can use a blender @ the bottom of a Cereal bowl.

Add Puffs, then eat/Add Puffs, Milk & eat.

Makes enough for 1 bowl each of cereal.

    Enjoy!!

    Cyndi

    P.S.
Note: I eat Organic Puffed Kamut, no sugar in it: so I'm sure the Nutritional value is off because of this.
