Ingredients

4 summer squash, sliced
1 cup sour cream
1 cup grated cheese
1 egg
ritz whole wheat crackers 1/2 cup crushed
1 onion, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 stick of I cant believe its not butter
Directions
Cook squash and onion in water until tender, drain well. Combine sour cream, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, 1 egg and 1/2 stick of melted butter. Top with 1/2 cup cheese and crumbled crackers. Bake at 350 until bubbly.
