Ingredients

2 TBSP (appx) extra virgin olive oil
    3 cloved of garlic, minced
One large can diced tomatoes, do not drain
    One small can tomato sauce
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    2 tsp onion powder
    2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 package frozen spinach, thawed and drained very well
5 fresh basil leaves, shredded finely
1 box whole wheat pasta of your choice, cooked and drained.

Directions

Heat oil in large, deep skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook for one minute. Add both cans of tomato product, salt, pepper, pepper flakes, onion poweder and worcestershire sauce. Simmer over medium heat until juices reduce and sauce becomes thicker, about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook pasta to al dente and drain. Thaw spinach in microwave for two minutes, do not over cook. Put in paper towel and sqeeze out as much water as possible. Add spinach to sauce pan and cook until warmed. Add cooked pasta and toss. Top with shredded basil and serve.
