Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean, 24 oz (remove)
    Salsa, 3 cup (remove)
    Black Olives, 120 grams (remove)
    Imagine Organic veg broth, 1 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    *Canola Oil, .33 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 extra large (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, 12 oz (remove)Yellow Cornmeal, 3 cup (remove)

Directions

Brown meat then add salsa, olives. Whisk together salt and baking powder, then whisk in oil, then boiling 1 1/2 c. water with 1 cup broth. Let stand for 5 min. After waiting 5 min., whisk in 2 eggs, then reserve out 1 1/2 c. for later use. Spoon batter into a greased 13 X 9 inch glass pan, spreading it evenly and up sides of pan. Gently sprinkle meat mixture over batter, then sprinkle cheese. Add 1/4 cup hot water to reserved batter mixture and pour then spread evenly over all. Bake for 40 min @ 400 degrees F. Serves 10.
