Introduction

Ingredients

Fresh pumpkin (1 cup)
light brown sugar (3/4 cup)
sweetened, condensed milk (2/3 cup)
eggs (2)
Pumpkin Pie Spice (2 tsp)
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Honey Maid Grahams Pie Crust (1 9")
Directions
Makes roughly 8 2 inch slices
Preheat oven to 375.
Brush pie crust with yolk from one of the eggs. Bake in oven for 5 minutes.
Boil pumpkin flesh (not seeds or skin) like you would potatoes. Puree in food processor.
Mix brown sugar, pie spice, salt, and remaining egg and eggwhite together with a fork to smooth out lumps.
Mix in condensed milk and pureed pumpkin until smooth.
Pour mixture into pie shell, carefully transfer to oven and bake for 50 minutes.
Cool and enjoy!
