Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Flour, white, 1 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    Salt, 1/2 tsp
    Granulated Sugar, 2 cup
    Pumpkin, cooked, 2 cup, mashed
    Applesauce, Natural (unsweetened) 1 cup
    egg white, fresh, 4 large

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F
Mix flour, soda, powder, and salt evenly.
In separate large bowl mix the other ingredients until smooth.
Pour into greased and floured pans (2 8" cake or 1 9x13 pan).
bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean (20 - 30 minutes).
Allow to cool before cutting and serving.
