    1/3 cup Quaker Old Fashioned Oatmeal (in the round tub, not Quick or Instant)
    2/3 cup water
    Pinch of Salt
    1 TBSP Natural Peanut Butter (look for ingredients of Peanuts & Salt, no added oil)
    2 tsp Splenda granulated


Put oatmeal, water and salt in a bowl and microwave for about 3 minutes or until grains are tender. Stir in peanut butter and Splenda and enjoy!
