Introduction
I don't always have the same veggies to add to this basic recipe. Can choose tomatoes, or combination of bell peppers, carrots, celery, or what ever I have on hand. Gets better with marinating time. Ingredients

Basil Pesto Base = Basil Leaves + 1-2 TBS Olive Oil in mini- processor
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
6 oz can of Tuna in Water, drained
15 oz can of Garbanzo Beans or other white bean
Pepper or Mrs. Dash
Add: choice of diced fresh veggies [not calculated in nutrition]
Directions
In serving bowl, place Pesto Base and Lemon Juice. Add the drained Tuna and mix well.
Add the drained white beans & mix.
Season with pepper or Mrs. Dash. Canned foods already have a lot of sodium.
Add choice of fresh veggies in small dice or grated.
Stir. Best if it sits and marinates a while.
