Introduction

This is so easy to prepare and tastes really good despite having very little fat! It bakes up to be like a cobbler despite using cake mix. Hope you enjoy indulging your sweet tooth without sacrifing your diet! This is so easy to prepare and tastes really good despite having very little fat! It bakes up to be like a cobbler despite using cake mix. Hope you enjoy indulging your sweet tooth without sacrifing your diet!

Ingredients

    1 cup frozen blackberries
    1 cup frozen strawberries
    1 cup frozen blueberries (all fruit unsweetened)
    1/2 yellow cake mix, dry
    6 tsp. Splenda
    1 can gingerale (or diet gingerale)
    2 tsp. Cool Whip FREE

Directions

Pour all frozen fruit in the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan. prinkle 6 tsp. Splenda over fruit. Sprinkle 1/2 box of dry, yellow cake mix over fruit. Pour 1 can of gingerale over entire mix and bake at 375 degrees for approx. 50 minutes. Serve with 2 tsp. Cool Whip FREE and enjoy!
