This is so easy to prepare and tastes really good despite having very little fat! It bakes up to be like a cobbler despite using cake mix. Ingredients

    1 cup frozen blackberries
    1 cup frozen strawberries
    1 cup frozen blueberries (all fruit unsweetened)
    1/2 yellow cake mix, dry
    6 tsp. Splenda
    1 can gingerale (or diet gingerale)
    2 tsp. Cool Whip FREE

Directions

Pour all frozen fruit in the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan. prinkle 6 tsp. Splenda over fruit. Sprinkle 1/2 box of dry, yellow cake mix over fruit. Pour 1 can of gingerale over entire mix and bake at 375 degrees for approx. 50 minutes. Serve with 2 tsp. Cool Whip FREE and enjoy!
