Ingredients

1 bag cranberries, washed, sorted
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup low calorie cranberry juice cocktail
1/3 cup Splenda no cal.
1/2 cup dried Cherries roughly chopped
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/4 cup ground Almonds
1/2 tsp. cherry extract
Directions
In medium saucepan place the cranberries, water, low cal cranberry juice, and splenda. Bring to a boil. Turn down to simmer, and stir well.
Add in the cherries and cook until cranberries pop and are tender and all is thickened. Remove from heat and stir in extracts and ground almonds.
Chill well before serving. Enjoy..!!!
