    1/2 CUP OF CHILI POWDER (OR LESS IF YOU LIKE IT LESS SPICEY)
    2 TBSP OLIVE OIL

BROWN THE GROUND TURKEY IN POT
IN SEPARATE PAN COOK ONIONS AND GARLIC WITH 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
