Ingredients

    10 baby carrots
    1 medium apple
    1/3 c pineapple, tidbits or crushed
    1/2 oz raisins - miniature box
    4 T light cream cheese
    2 T light sour cream
    1 T lemon juice
    2 T honey

Directions

Chop carrots and apple in food processor. In a bowl, whip together softened cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice and honey, Add apple/carrot mixture, pineapple and raisins. Makes 2 servings.
